How we Work

When you first get in contact with us we’ll discuss your flooring needs then arrange a suitable time to meet at your property.

If you’re looking for new wood or laminate flooring, our initial discussion will help us decide which of our extensive range of samples to bring along to show you. During the visit we’ll take readings with a digital moisture and humidity meter, to ensure your sub-floor meets the requirements for your choice of flooring. If it doesn’t, we can help with damp-proofing. We may also check the levelness of the floors to see whether we’ll need to use a self-levelling screed. This sort of preparation helps us ensure trouble free, long lasting results.
